Overview
A multi-tenant SMS marketing platform enabling marketing agencies and businesses to run bulk SMS campaigns at scale. The platform integrates with Africa's Talking for message delivery and provides a white-label solution for agency clients.
The challenge
The client needed a platform to serve 20+ agency clients simultaneously, each with their own sender IDs, contact databases, and billing accounts, while maintaining strict delivery SLAs and complying with the Communications Authority of Kenya regulations.
The solution
We architected a multi-tenant SaaS platform using Laravel's policy-based authorization to isolate each tenant's data. Africa's Talking API handles delivery with DLR callbacks. Laravel Horizon manages the message queue ensuring throughput of 10,000+ messages per hour per tenant.
